In the age of efficiency and speed, our eyes constantly looking forward, we invite you to take a detour. Moon Reflection Ripples Away is a show that hopes to prompt an interest in appreciating one’s surroundings closer.

The exhibition unfolds with a story presenting a group of monkeys reaching into a well, attempting to capture the moon’s reflection and return it to the sky. Just like the monkeys the reflection of the moon exists in every corner of our lives. Chasing the reflection, attempting to hold it, we find that in reality the reflection cannot be grasped. Perhaps if we pause, take a break, and allow ourselves to slow down, we may look up and realize the moon is right there in front of us.
