Fiona Morehouse is a process-driven artist and collaborative educator. Aligning with a reality consisting of reciprocal relationships and living systems, Fiona leans into the underworld as a way of accessing the technologies hidden inside her own body. Calling the subtle realms to the surface, her paintings and sculptures are often initiated through unexpected encounters born from blind drawings and stream of conscious writing. Integrating foraged materials like clay, chalk, and charcoal, she imagines how these energies affect her relationship to power, possession, and place.
